currently we have two file servers in one vpg, would it be best to put those in their own groups? also we have both domain controllers in one group, should we split those as well since they have no relationship to each other like a web/app application.
Hello Matt,
Bar from Zerto here.
The VPG configurations are at your convenience.
In case there is a VPG that is loaded with VMs with high IOPS, Zerto Support might recommend splitting that VPG into more than 1.
If you encounter Bitmap syncs in that VPG, it is worth trying splitting them in 2.
In case you find that VPG with 2 VMs which are unrelated to one another, it is to your convenience to either split them or failover them as a group.
