What does it mean when Actual RPO shows “NA”

    The VPG in question was previously synchronized, but due to  excessive storage latencies in the recovery site has fallen far behind.  Is any type of recovery still possible in this scenario (assuming we can access the data)

    Hello,

    Contara from Zerto Support.

    A VPG would show N/A for RPO when it doesn’t have any checkpoints. I.e. – It is not recoverable.

    Please collect ZVM log and open case with Support:

    In regards to the log gathering, please follow the next steps:

    1. Log to the recovery ZVM machine.
    2. Run Zerto Diagnostics
    3. Select the first option and click next
    4. Follow the steps and in every step select the parameters according to the following:
    Case Number: ######
    Timeframe: Enough to cover the issue
    Alerts: relevant
    VPGs: relevant
    Sites: relevant
    VRAs: relevant
    vCD: no
    Hypervisor: no
    Hosts: no
