VPGs replication to ZCA will randomly disconnect

All the VPGs replicating to one of my ZCAs will randomly disconnect. The ZCA is still pingable and all the services are running. Would like to know why this happens. I am running version 7.5 update 3.

If you be able to ping between 2 ZCA servers, also make sure to do a telnet session port 9081 between ZCA servers.
Example:
ZCA1 – Ip address: 1.1.1.1
ZCA2 – IP address: 2.2.2.2
From ZCA1 – Telnet 2.2.2.2 9081
From ZCA2 – Telnet 1.1.1.1 9081.
If the Telnet and Ping are successful, please open a new support case S2 or S3. Collect log files:
In regards to the log gathering, please follow the next steps:
1. Log to the recovery ZVM machine.
2. Run Zerto Diagnostics
3. Select the first option and click next
4. Follow the steps and in every step select the parameters according to the following:
Case number:######
Timeframe: Enough time to cover the issue
Alerts: relevant
VPGs: none
Sites: relevant
VRAs: none
vCD: no
Hypervisor: no
Hosts: no
