Shutdown a disconnected VRA

    I have an esxi host that is not responding in vCenter. All VMs on this host are still running. VMware support wants me to gracefully shutdown all affected VMs and then power cycle the host. How do I gracefully shutdown the affected VRA? I have only ever shutdown VRAs thru vCenter, but that is not an option in this case.

    Hi Wes,

    Glad to see that support was able to sort this out for you.

    For others following this post – we were able to solve the issue by using SSH to a disconnected VRA to power it down.
