Move my ZCM to new vCenter?

    Hello,

    I would like to move my Zerto Cloud Manager to a new vCenter. It will keep the same host name but get a different IP address. Any reason I cannot do this with a Zerto Move? I’m only use it internally for my 5 connected vCenters (no connection to any off prem clouds).

    Hi Ron,

    No reason at all. Infact the recommended method of protecting the ZCM is with Zerto itself, so no issue with moving with Zerto using the move VPG option. Changing the IP should not matter either, as long as the relevant ports remain open and obviously any API calls you may be making to the ZCM are changed to reference the new IP.
