    • Non available time in RPO report

      In the Zerto Analytics RPO report we have zero RPO breaches with a max RPO of about 1 hour (we have a 2 hour SLA). However the report shows that Non available time is 13+ hours. Can someone please explain what is meant by this number and why it could be so high?

    • On 7.5U3 the VRA has option to Paired Site Routing

      After the upgrade to 7.5U3 I noticed on the VRAs more option for “Paired Site Routing”  Is this a requirement? What is the impact if this is not setup?  If required to setup do I have to delete the VRA, setup the routing then re-install the VRA?

    • Retaining LTR data

      We are retiring old file servers and would like to keep the LTR data for CYA. If I remove the VM from the VPG does that also remove the LTR data? I want to be sure.

    • Do replication while my source vm has snapshot

      If I had other backup protection the use snapshot in my environment and use zerto just for replication in the same use my backup job start and get snapshot and also zerto doing replication between two sites is that ok ? not happen for source or destination machine ?

      I performed a failover of one VM from A VPG. The process created a new VPG with the single VM. Can the system re-integrate the VM from the new VPG to the old VPG?
