Yes, Zerto Virtual Replication supports replication from non-cloud to cloud environments.

ZVR can replicate from VMware vSphere (with or without vCloud Director), and Microsoft Hyper-V. ZVR can replicate across those hypervisors and across hypervisor versions. ZVR can replicate to destinations including vSphere, into vSphere with vCloud Director, into Hyper-V (hosted, private, or hybrid cloud environments), and into public clouds including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
