Is there any way to download the ZVR 5.5u3 from the Zerto website ? I see only the last one 5.5 u4 available. I guess I won’t be abailable to pair a ZVM in 5.5u4 with an other one in version 5.5u3 …

You can pair up to one major version apart, so those are both still 5.5 and should pair fine. I have some 5.5 and 6.0 paired in my environments.
