Installing VRA on hypervisorhost error

So I’m trying trying to install the VRA on my 1 hypervisor host and it keeps failing with the error.

“VMM is unable to process one or more of the provided cmdlet parameters. Type Get-Help Set-SCVirtualMachine -full to view a list of defined parameters and complete descriptions. Then try the operation again. VMM is unable to process one or more of the provided cmdlet parameters.”

So aparantly I was using SCVMM 2016 but only SCVMM 2012 R2 is supported at the current moment.
