Hello! I have a customer that is still running version 4.0. According to the upgrade guide, I need to upgrade them to 4.5 then 5.0 then 5.5 then 6.0. I see 5.0 and later available as a download but don’t see downloads available for version 4.5 on the web site. Is there a download archive somewhere?

That’s probably because Zerto will fully support the latest version (including all its updates), and also the previous two versions (including all their
updates). Looking at the product lifecycle matrix, I see that End of General Support for Zerto version 4.5 was on 1.31.18 and the End of Support Life was 7.31.18.
You may need to reach out to your account team and/or submit a support ticket to get your customers upgraded.
