VPG boot order delay not working in failover test

Hi we are just getting started with our implementation of zerto and are running 5.0 update 3 with VMware 6u3 on the backend. I’ve created a VPG which contains 4 vms. On the boot order config screen I’v broken these into two groups (2 vms per group) with a boot delay of 300 seconds on the second group. However when I run a failover test they all boot at exactly the same time and the delay seems to have no effect. Thoughts or ideas? Thanks
Hi Adam,
Sorry for the delayed response! Enter the boot delay of 300 into the settings on the first boot group. This will enable a wait of 300 seconds before the 2nd boot group is initiated.
Hope this helps!
Thanks. It looks like that’s the key. I kept thinking the delay listed beside a group was the delay before that group fired. Didn’t even occur to me that the delay was after the group but before the next.
