    If a host in some cluster down, HA had operated and VMs was being synced, would VRA in different host recognize and sync again?

    Generally speaking, if the host that was powered-down or lost was part of a high-availability (HA) cluster – any VMs residing on it would be immediately moved away.

    Any VRAs in the environment will recognize this switch – there is no further action necessary on your part for this.
